How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your shipment from your Account Dashboard. 

  1. Log in to your Account.

  2. Click “MY ACCOUNT.”

  3. Click “View Order History.”

  4. Input the desired search criteria and click “SEARCH.”

  5. Select the desired order from the list.

  6. The order summary associated with your shipment will provide the shipping method selected and the tracking number for the shipper.
